The former gas holder site at Albion Hill, Exmouth has been sold to Hertiage Developments Limited. The 1.022 acre freehold site was offered for sale by way of an informal tender and several offers recieved during the process. The site is one of the few vacant development areas within walking distance of the town centre that remaoins undeveloped. Heritage plan a residential development of the site with a planning application due in soon to East Devon District Council.
