Barry Shaddick Tyres to open at Osprey Road Sowton, Exeter

Barry Shaddick tyres are to open their 7th branch in the South West of England with the recent acquisition of Unit 4 The Alpha Centre, Osprey Road, Sowton, Exeter. The property which extends to 1,993 sq.ft. (185.23 sq.m.) was previously occupied by Fireworld who have concentrated their retail offering at Woodland Road, Torquay. The new tenant who is due to take occupation within the next few weeks will initially be using the property as a storage & distribution depo, as a base for several of vans that provide service to a number of the existing clients within the area. It is intended later to extend the property to provide a fitting service on site.  The company is based at Avonmouth with other depos at Bristol, Gloucester, Newport, Swindon and Bridgwater in Somerset.
