Modular homes company Ecohabs have taken a lease on 2-3 Gloucester Court, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton. The company provides homes from shipping containers that are set up on site with all amenities provided. The manufacture provides a range of layouts and specifications to suit occupiers needs and the structures can be set up quickly and efficiently on site. The building comprised a warehouse of 482.74 sq.m. (5,196 sq.ft.) and was formerly occupied by cladding manufacturers Ash & Lacey Building Systems.
