Pepper Commercial have acted in the acquisition of 2 business units at Lowman Way Tiverton on behalf of Hepco Slide Systems Limited. The properties which are adjacent and are Nos 17 & 18 Lowman Units. Unit 17 was acquired off market whilst 18 was bought from the receivers of P J Couriers who lapsed into administration last year. The units add to the already significant purchases for the company on the estate.
Hepco are just finalising the rebuilding of the former R & M Wholesale base that was wrecked by a fire in 2022. The property was bought from the company relocated to Wellington after the fire. Theses units will be used as additional manufacturing & storge space as they are close to their existing manufacturing facility.
