Pepper Commercial acting on behalf of Sebale Construction Limited have acquired 17.7 acres (7.16 Hectares) of employment development land just off junction 28 of the M5 motorway. The site which has direct access off the Honiton Road was bought with the benefit of an employment allocation within the emerging local plan. The land will be developed in isolation to the existing Kings Mill Estate just to the North of the site with the construction of the access road to begin in the summer of 2020.
The land is available to purchase, serviced, in 1 acre lots or multiples, with 6 acres already having been placed in legal agreements. Sebale Construction will be retaining 3 sections of the land to construct units schemes with a start in the summer. The first unit scheme, which is currently in the planning stage will provide 10 small units of 1,000 sq.ft. (100 sq.m.).
