Aggregate Industries have signed a new lease on 2 Aylesbeare Common Business Park at Aylesbeare, with the Parsons Nationwide Distribution yard. The new unit will be used as a workshop for maintenance of their existing equipment and as a regional storage centre. The unit was place on the market at a completive rental of 325,000 p.a. which equates to a rental of £2.93 p.s.f. based on the floor area of 8,517 sq.ft. (791.31 sq.m.)
