Pepper Commercial acting for a private landlord have negotiated 2 new leases at Battle Road, Heathfield, Newton Abbot. The agreements have been renewed for a 15 year term on Units 1 & 2 International House the units comprise 6,420 sq.ft. & 3,124 sq.ft. and will secure the future of the facility well into the future.
Lease are generally being renewed with longer terms as the commercial property market continues to improve. There has been a shortage of available units both at Newton Abbot and nearby Exeter which has improved terms for landlords & investors.
