Established over 25 years ago, Merlin has been a key developer, innovator and leader in the provision of power for critical use applications. The company has relocated it’s operations from the Bournemouth area down to Exeter and brings excellent opportunities and knowledge with it. The property was formerly occupied by Westprint who instructed Pepper Commercial to sell the freehold interest. A local investor bought the property and then gave instructions to search for a suitable tenant.
