Pepper Commercial have acquired the former Salon Supplies unit at 3 Ashton Road, Marsh Barton, Exeter for a local property investment company. Salon Services have relocated their operation into 27 Apple Ln, Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter EX2 5GL, the former PHAB Wholesale premises. The industrial business unit was purchased at a competitive tender process and has now been let by Pepper Commercial to Treene Motorcycles who operate from unit 4 next door.
Treene Motorcycles started business some 35 years ago serving the needs of motorcyclist in Crediton as a repair and sales operation from Charlotte Street Garage and have now expanded basing their Lexmoto sales outlet in Exeter whilst still maintaining their Crediton branch.
