KpacK UK has purchased the freehold interest in plots 7 & 8 Stoneyford Business Park, Cullompton. The 2 sites total approximately 1.87 acres and have planning consent for Industrial and storage uses. The new owners area a family run business currently based in Uffculme, Devon supplying egg cartons, egg trays and outer cases in England and Wales since 1995.
The company intend to develop the site for their expanding business over the next few years to provide a purpose built facility. The road is currently in the process of construction and should be finished in the 1st quarter of 2024. The sale follows on from the recent sale to Wales & West Utilities with 2 further sales to be announed shortly.
