The RJD Group which includes bricklaying, training & scaffolding have taken a lease on part of the former Colas Site at Water Lane, Haven Banks Exeter. The company operate regionally for Persimmon Homes, David Wilson Homes, Devon Contractors and Bloor Homes to name a few.
The site comprised 25,090 sq.ft. (0.57 acres) of surfaced compound that will be used for open storage whilst the tenant provides scaffolding to numerous building sites around the region. The main former Colas workshops and additional yard are also still available to let.
