Total Event Hire have signed a new lease on 6 Fairfax Road, Heathfield Newton Abbot, to cater for the increase in their business. The property, which was formerly occupied by Antalis, comprises 10,336 sq.ft. on a 1.2 acre site. Significant improvements have been made to the property as part of the letting agreement with the replacement of the roof and elevational cladding panels. The property was one of the few vacant industrial warehouse premises available in the market at the moment and attracted significant interest.
