Wales and West Utilities have completed the purchase of a 2.35 acre site next to Junction 28 of the M5 Motorway on The Stoneyford Business Park. The site will be used as a regional depot to include offices and external stoarge for the company. The access works for the development have just commenced and several other sites are nearing completion of the purchasing phase. The developers Goldmix are starting development of 2 small unit schemes providing sizes from 100 sq.m. up to 1,000 sq.m. which will be available either on a freehold or leasehold basis.
