The former Token Publishing facility on the Heathpark Industrial Estate at Honiton has been let to To-an-fro Car & Van Hire Limited of Honiton. The property was purchased by a local occupier from Pepper Commercial some 18 months ago for car storage, the owner subsequently received several offers for the property and finally a local Car & Van hire company have taken the property on a long occupational lease.
The new occupiers plan to relocate part of their business adjacent to the Turks Head roundabout to the site as well as offering a new car wash facility.
