The property which lies between RGB and bakers yard at Marsh Barton has been sold to Wellington Motors the area Nissan franchise. The property was marketed at a figure of £1,500,000 which equated to a rate of £539,568 per acre. The property consisted of principally open land with some hardcored surface. The buildings that are currently on the site consist of low grade accommodation and will be demolished shortly.
The site has been on the market for just over 12 months and attracted strong interest from owner occupiers and developers alike. Strong interest was received from open storage users and the new owners plan to use most of the space for their own open storage requirements.
