The Conservatory & Window Factory are on the move from their existing site on the front of the Flightways Business park in Dunkeswell, where they have been based for a considerable time. The company is relocating locally and updating it’s manufacturing facility after selling their existing site. The building which comprised some 547.73 sq.m. (5,895 sq.ft.) with a mezzanine level on a site of 1.07 acres has been sold to Barden Network Engineering. Barden are also relocating from The Honiton Business Park on Ottery Moor Lane, which is currently subject to residential development proposals.
Barden Network Engineering Limited, has three depots in England and over 180 employees, has recently acquired unit two in Cyfarthfa Industrial Estate in Merthyr Tydfil.
Dunkeswell was on the market at £400,000 for the freehold interest and the price achieved demonstrates the demand for property within the locality and the flexibility of the configuration with a large site.
