The site has attracted considerable interest whilst it has been vacant and there were several offers received. The new tenants were founded in 1979 and have earned a reputation for sourcing products that are both inventive and pioneering for the fencing, landscaping and agricultural markets. The company has grown significantly since its conception from the Head Office in Berkshire, to seven nationwide depots Cullompton will be the 8th.
The letting of the site follows closely on the disposal of C4 & C5 Longbridge Meadow by pepper Commercial to an investor developer who plans to refurbish theses units and offer them back to the market to let.
