The Westerhope Units at Long Lane, Dunkeswell, Honiton, Devon have been acquired at the Acuitus auction in London on 19th October. The disposal was on behalf of joint administrators Moorfields and the property was sold for £560,000, which represents around £10.00 p.s.f. in capital terms.
Pepper Commercial identified the opportunity to the purchaser who had a know requirement in the region and then advised on the assessment and acquisition of the property. Some of the units will be available to let through the agency whilst the purchasers intends to occupy the site in part.
The entire property comprises 56,080 sq.ft. (5,209.89 sq.m.) on a site of 5.80 acres (2.36 Hectares)
