Screwfix have exchanged contracts to occupy units 2 & 3 at Wilderbrook Units, Wilderbrook Way, Mullacott Industrial Estate, Ilfracombe. The development is now underway with the completion of the units due late 2109 / early 2020. Screwfix have taken approximately 4,000 sq.ft. of space for a stand alone outlet, the remaining units are in 2,000 sq.ft. sections.
