National Traffic management provider Hooke Highways have vacated their existing premises at Plymouth in a move to Exeter which gives them better regional coverage. The company have taken a lease on unit 3 Clyst Court Hill Barton Business Park, Clyst St Mary Exeter. The letting comes after a recent letting to Merlin who have just occupied an adjoin unit on the development. Hooke have moved into 4,933 sq.ft. (458.3 sq.m.) and will use the premises as a regional base. The unit was marketed at an annual rental of £25,000 p.a. Other occupiers on the estate include Devon Joinery, Projuice and Devon Contractors
