Cullompton Glass & Glazing have expanded from their previous premises on The Alexandra Estate to a new freehold premises at Kingsmill on the other side of the M5 Motorway. The new location at Unit B Devon Business Park gives them a freehold unit of 2,595 sq.ft. (241.09 sq.m.) in a detached unit. The company had been looking to expand for a considerable time and were unable to find a suitable unit locally. Unit B Devon Business park had become available locally after Partimex Trading had decided not to renew their existing lease. The unit was not on the market long and was offered at a freehold price of £270,000.
