National couriers XDP have leased Hennock House, Alphinbrook Road, Marsh Barton, Exeter as a new South West regional depot. The premises, the former home to GK Signs, comprises some 11,117 sq.ft. (1,032 sq.m.) plus yard areas to the side and rear, on one of the most accessible sites on the estate. The premises were marketed at a rental of £75,000 p.a. on a 6 or 9 year term. The entire property was extensively refurbished some 2 years ago with the installation of a new sheet steel roof.
