The Rediscover Church of Exeter have signed an agreement to occupy Units 1 & 2 Haven Banks Retails Park, Retail Park Close, Water lane, Haven Banks, Exeter. The units comprise the former Range & Matalan buildings on Water Lane, that recently gained planning consent for a change of use application for a complete redevelopemnt for a new residential scheme. The owners of the site Welbeck CP have been trying to gain a redevelopment consent for some time and had decided to lease the building out on a short term basis whilst Exeter City Council Planning Department considered their appliaction.
