Pepper Commercial have announced the letting of a fenced compound on the Heathfield Industrial Estate at Newton Abbot. The site is 0.67 acres and was offered to let at a rental of £27,000 p.a. which equates to a rate of £1.08 p.s.f. The new tenants are Lyndon Scaffolding PLC whose company headquarters are in Garretts Green, Birmingham. The company operates from 6 sites around the UK and was established in 1968 and is the largest independent UK scaffold with sales of £38m and in excess of 600 employees. The site was leased to fulfil a regional contract.
